Services provided by Orchestra Property:
- Development management services provided from the outset of initial purchase of 28ha of land for residential development through to consenting and planning process.
- Orchestra have worked closely with the HTST commercial board and wealth managers along with managing of a large team of expert consultants from around the country.
- Orchestra Property have welcomed the opportunity to forge relationships with the Post Settlement Governance Entity (PSGE) for Heretaunga Tamatea, and continue to work closely to support their aspirations to provide forward thinking housing options for Whanau and the communities of Hawkes Bay.
