Riverbend Road Development is a 22ha master planned residential development in Maraenui, Napier. The proposed development provides up to 673 new homes across detached, semi-detached, terrace and walk-up building typologies. Consenting under the Covid Fast- track consenting pathway.

Stage 1: Consenting

Development Management lead on the consenting pathway.
Procurement of consultant team
Coordination of the full consultant design team through the two stages of approvals.
Engagement with stakeholders including iwi and mana whenua
Project programming
Budget tracking and reporting back to the Client
