Orchestra Property was co-founded by Marcus Hill and Logan Taylor. Marcus and Logan both have a long-standing passion for property and after working together on multiple development and project management projects, it became clear the benefits of integrating and forming Orchestra Property.
Logan Taylor
Logan’s involvement in the family property development business inspired career moves to both Auckland and Wellington where he was quickly launched into the development consultancy space, before making the move back to his home region of Hawkes Bay where he started his own consultancy. For the last twelve years, Logan has been cultivating a diverse skillset in commercial, industrial, residential and land development services. Logan’s performance driven approach has sparked client engagement across the public, private and Māori sectors.
In his spare time, Logan takes full advantage of the sunny Hawke’s Bay lifestyle, enjoying a taste of adventure with mountain biking, running and a few tasty IPAs from local breweries.
Marcus Hill
Marcus has also ventured far and wide with property, furthering his studies and work experience in Europe where he became chartered as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Marcus is also a licensed agent under the REAA. Marcus is an experienced senior property professional, having been the General Manager of a large property development company in Hawkes Bay prior to starting his own consulting business. He has wide ranging experience in Development, Construction, Agency, Acquisition and Disposal. Marcus’ experience across New Zealand and European property markets provides him with the requisite skill set to advise across the spectrum or property related matters.
Marcus has a busy home lifestyle with 4 young children keeping him on his toes. In his rare spare time, Marcus enjoys a hit of squash, golf or tennis.
